Job Requirements:

- Fluent in both Spanish and English (including 24/7 translation availability).

- Must be reliable & prompt, possess a "Can-Do" attitude and be available on-call for fill-in work.

- Excellent customer service and organizational skills, friendly and efficient.

- Ability to continually present yourself for work in appropriate Dress Code - Business Casual (not casual).

- Some computer and internet experience and accurate typing skills.

- Proficient in math and language skills.

- Legible and accurate handwriting and ability to maintain file notes and follow directions.
