In a food service environment, the Job Coach provides on-the-job training and employment support to group members and independent placement employees. Under the direction of the Director of Vocational services, the Job Coach will work approximately 15 hrs a week including 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. every Friday; and some evenings and weekends. May provide transportation for assigned employees. LOVARC has a Drug Free Policy and all offers for employment are contingent on the applicant passing a drug screen.
