Job Title: Barista

Reports To: Barista Coordinator/Store Manager

Type of Position: Part-Time

Summary:

The barista is the face of CG & Invita and represents both companies from a brand and cultural perspective.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

● Creates a lasting connection with customers and members

● Organically invites customers to become a member of the CG family

● Influences customers/members day

● Implements our culture and philosophy through Invita's food, beverage, and service

● Takes and delivers customers order

● Promotes Invita & CG memberships

● Creates drink orders

● Maintains an organized cash drawer

● Handles cash/credit card transactions of purchases of merchandise

● Maintains a clean and organized work area

● Cleans all equipment and work area in accordance with cleaning guidelines

● Ensures all condiments are fully stocked at all times

● Labels and stocks merchandise in the store

● Responsible for opening/closing the store & for taking in any applicable furniture

● Reports to the barista coordinator/store manager with any issues
