Mother Shuckers – Nipomo is currently hiring for a Front of House position for Fridays & Saturdays
Duties will include – but not limited to:
Pouring beer, wine, and other wine-based cocktails/drinks
Taking food orders, payment using the Clover POS System
Running food, bussing/cleaning tables
Washing glasses
Prep cut lemons, limes, drink garnishes, stock sauces/condiments
Responsible for nightly cash closeout
Keep a clean and tidy bar, strictly adhering to established sanitation, safety and hygiene guidelines.
Must be a self-starter and able to work in a fast-paced environment, be a quick learner and get along with the team.
Customer service is the top priority here.
Hours you MUST be able to work for this position are: Friday & Saturdays approximately 1/1:30 PM to 9:30/10 PM & some potential Sundays.
Must obtain CA Food Handlers license & new RBS alcohol server certificate. (We will help you with this).
