The Vincent Vineyards & Winery has immediate openings for experienced Tasting Room Hospitality Associates. We have weekend availability Saturday and Sunday's. ALL POTENTIAL APPLICANTS WILL NEED TO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN WINE SALES AND OR TASTING ROOM OPERATIONS. Currently we are operating daily from Noon to five p.m. Thursday thru Monday.
Duties to include:
Conducting public, private and VIP tours of the winery, grounds and related operational areas. The service of food from our lite bites menu is also required. Building brand awareness and consumer loyalty that positively reflects the Vincent family image and values at all times. Present a compelling story of the family, winery and wine portfolio that creates brand ambassadors of the winery and the introduction to our wine club program and its related benefits.
Hourly compensation starts at $16.00. It includes gratuities and an aggressive commission schedule that meets and rewards our associates for our fast growing wine club membership needs.
