We are looking for an Amazing Assistant Manager to assist with operations in Santa Maria, Arroyo Grande, and San Luis Obispo. As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for:
➢ Supporting the General Manager with daily operations of the restaurant ensuring compliance with company standards
➢ Ensuring the safety of our guests and team members through training and execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and guidelines
➢ Fostering a positive work environment and developing staff to their full potential
➢ Accomplishing financial objectives including sales growth, cost management, profit growth, cost control and quality control
➢ Applying thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures and practices
➢ Conducting strong interviews and attracting high quality candidates
➢ Developing trust among team members by demonstrating integrity, discretion and fairness
➢ Inspiring and motivating the team to improve
➢ Listening to their team and encouraging feedback

Qualifications:
➢ College degree or equivalent preferred; high school or GED required
➢ 2 Years’ minimum supervisory experience in food service – preferably fast-casual
➢ Possess basic math and accounting kills
➢ Must have own reliable vehicle and good driving record
➢ Excellent communication and people skills
