Line Cook/Prep Person. Must have at least two years experience working in full service restaurant
as a Line cook. Hours Monday - Saturday 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Approximately 40 to 42 hours per week.
Duties involve reading and filling orders on the line, prepping soup, sauces, dressings,
vegetables, using a slicing machine. Must be a team player and able to work at a fast pace when required.
Able to multi-task. Dependable. Self motivated.
Clean personal and work habits. No Sundays. Holidays off (New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) Lunch provided
