ON-CALL BANQUET SERVERS- The Fess Parker Wine Country Inn, the Santa Ynez valley's premier ultra-luxury hotel, seeks experienced on-call Banquet Servers to work events, weddings, and corporate meetings. Duties will include setting up tables, including tablecloths, napkins, dishes, flatware and stemware and flowers. Will serve food and beverages courteously and efficiently according to hotel specifications and group requirements. Will take beverage orders, maintain cleanliness and condition of all work areas and equipment. Break-down at the conclusion of the event. A training session will be conducted after the initial hire before becoming an active on-call server. Requires the flexibility to work on weekends and/or evenings. Minimum wage plus tip pool.
