We are looking for an outgoing, professional, and reliable individual to join our team as a part-time Front Desk Night Auditor at the beautiful Santa Ynez Inn, a AAA 4-Diamond property, located in Santa Ynez, Ca.
Part Time: 2 days a week, 8 hour shifts
$12.50+ per hour DOE
Must be available Holidays and Weekends
Must have a great personality and eager to help others
Must be available for graveyard shifts: 11:00pm - 7:00am
Because the Night Auditor position wears so many hats, it's a good place to start if you want to learn the ins and outs of the hotel business.
As the Night Auditor you are responsible for balancing the day's transactions and producing & verifying the accuracy of audit reports. This is in addition to serving as the go to person for all hotel matters throughout the night. You'll answer the phone, check-in guest, make reservations, and more. In the absence of management, you take full responsibility for guest satisfaction and will also serve in coordinating crisis management and security.
This is an important position and will require that you be reliable, number savvy, computer literate and, even though it may be the middle of the night, always maintain a professional and courteous demeanor. If this is you please apply!

A minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality and/or customer service desired.
Knowledge of Opera PMS desired.
