Seeking a part-time, enthusiastic bartender to join our team in this exciting brew house in Nipomo, CA. Ideal candidates will have a positive disposition, ability to juggle priorities in a FAST PACED, customer service driven environment, and more importantly beer and wine knowledge in order to provide an excellent guest drinking experience.
Requirements:
Great communication skills. Friendly, high energy and outgoing personality. Ability to work and communicate well with others
Proven working experience as a bartender with verifiable references
Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
POS experience is preferred, but not required
Maintain neat, clean and organized bar area according to restaurant specifications
Be able to work evening and weekends.
