Hi there!
We are looking for FOH staff and bartenders:
- Servers should have at least 1 year in hospitality/food & beverage/fine-dining/event experience
- Strong sense of teamwork and positive attitude! We will pay for your training shift.
- Bartenders should have at least 2 years of experience. You will be cross-trained.
We take hard work, a good attitude and growth seriously - we are generous with compensating for that. You will shadow a team member until you are self-reliant knowing the job is constantly evolving and there is always more to learn.
Some details pertinent to the position:
- California at-will employer
- W-4 employment, bi-weekly mailed checks
- 95% weekend events/shifts
- Anywhere from 5 to 11 hour shifts, depending on availability
- all black serving attire: black button up shirt, black slacks/pants (not jeans), black non-slip shoes, hair groomed/up, nails trimmed, modest jewelry/makeup.
We are hiring immediately and starting this weekend, for every weekend.
