Purpose:
To provide care and assistance to our residents and to ensure the high standards at Bella Vita Senior Living are maintained.
Essential Job Duties:
Assist residents to mealtimes, activities and outings as necessary.
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living such as incontinence care, ambulation and hygiene tasks.
Communicate clearly with supervisor and coworkers any resident changes of condition and document in appropriate communication logs.
Remain diligent in attending to resident needs and maintaining the health and safety of every resident while enabling and supporting resident independence.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
Valid Driver License
Previous experience as a caregiver, working with the elderly is preferred.
Current First Aid Certification preferred.
Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
Must be able to work full time or part time on regular or flexible schedule.
Must be capable of maintaining regular and reliable attendance.
Must be able to clearly communicate with all residents, family members and staff.
Must be able to pass Live Scan for Criminal Background Clearance per Department of Social
Services in California. Title XXII
