At-Home Senior Services is a locally owned and managed, non-franchise, non-medical, home aide agency that provides in-home care to seniors in Lompoc and Santa Maria.
We have been providing care for more than 15 years. We take pride in the quality of our service and the support we give our care givers. Because of the demand for our services we provide our care givers higher wages, and continuous employment week in and week out.
Immediately available:
12-hour assignments in Lompoc, days or nights, 36 to 48 hours per week.
2-hour and 4-hour assignments in Santa Maria, between 8 A.M. and 6 P.M., 5 or 6 days per week.
Assignments are combined to provide 35-45 hours of paid time each week.

We strongly prefer applicants who have completed C N/A training or have at least one year of verifiable, paid, in-home care experience. All applicants need to have a California driver's license, a reliable car, cell phone, no criminal convictions, and be drug free.
Assignments range from 2 to 12 hours per day, 4 to 6 days per week.
Pay varies with assignments length and the day of the week.
Daytime assignments: $12.50 to $14.29/hr., and more with overtime.
