Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Lompoc / Santa Ynez Valley Full Time
Central Coast Home Health is a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout the San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are constantly growing and now seeking additionalÂfull-timeÂHome Health RNs to join our team in theÂLompoc/SantaÂYnez ValleyÂarea.EnjoyÂthe ability to work one-on-one with each patient, treating and teaching them in the comfort of their own homes. All of our nurses act as case managers, coordinating various disciplinesÂand supervising LVNsÂas needed while following Medicare regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.ÂWe offer flexible schedules, with nursesÂself-scheduling their patient visits generally during the hours of Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm with a rotating weekend schedule.Job Requirements:We require all nurses have a validÂCalifornia RN license & CPR certification, 1+ year(s) professional nursing work experience, reliableÂvehicle to drive for work, auto insurance and a current CA Driver's license with clean driving record.
