We are constantly growing and now seeking afull-time or part- time Home Health RN to join our team in theLompoc/Santa Maria area.The Nurse must demonstrate proficient skills using Oasis to admit, transfer, re-certify and discharge home health patients in regards to physician orders. Coordinate and supervise LVNs and HHAs in the delivery of patient care while following Medicare regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.Work schedule: Monday through Friday, generally 8-5PM with a rotating weekendon-call schedule. NO Night Call!
