Working under the direction of the Superior Court's Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Analyst performs a variety of professional level work in a variety of areas, including, recruitment and selection; classifications and compensation; employee performance; staff development; payroll and benefits; personnel policies and regulations; and compliance programs (e.g. EEOC, ADA, FMLA, Workers' Compensation, safety). This position requires a high level of confidentiality, independent judgment, and responsibility.
