Job Requirements and Skills
3 years of experience as a Landscape Maintenance Foreman required.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Oversee maintenance crews and ensure projects are properly completed in a timely manner.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Able to keep a consistent landscape maintenance schedule including application of fertilizer, irrigation scheduling and application of chemicals.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Turn in time sheets daily and other required company paperwork as needed.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety requirements.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Able to identify common plants, shrubs and trees.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Have working knowledge of irrigation system installation and repair, and proficiency in programming irrigation controllers.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Able to communicate and work with your manager in order to carry out tasks in a timely manner.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Able to delegate tasks and effectively communicate with crew members about any information, problems and operations on the job site.Â
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Practice safe operation and proper care of tools and equipment.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ English and Spanish speaker preferred.
ÂÂÂÂÂÂÂÂ Must possess valid California Drivers license.
