Water Well Helper
Our client who is a local well established company is looking for a water well helper. Will train the right person.
Duties will include some of the following: loading and unloading materials. Fueling, cleaning, and servicing equipment. Helping set up on the job site, mixing mud, handling pipe, making connections, keeping the work site clean and orderly, Helping break down, clean up and demobilize from the worksite. Follow direction of Driller and Owner.
Qualifications:
Experience in construction labor preferred.
Awareness of safety guidelines.
Able to communicate effectively with fellow employees, customers.
CA DL in good standing.
Physical:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time. You must have a full range of body movements including use of hands to touch, handle or feel objects equipment, and peripherals. The ability to frequently lift 50 to 100 pounds is required.
· Must be able to wear required PPE.
· Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, and climb ladders for extended periods of time.
· Able to travel to all job sites during all phases of a project.
Working Conditions:
· This position works primarily outdoors and will require the employee to travel to project job sites in company vehicles. Workdays may require overtime (12+ hours) periodically.
· Ability to work outside year-round in all types of weather conditions.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic - English language
· Valid Driver's License
· Required Work Authorization - United States
