Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health California is seeking a qualified, energetic, and experienced Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our behavioral services team as full time employee, part-time will be considered. This is an exciting and very unique opportunity providing behavioral services to individuals in a licensed residential facility and providing training and supervision to staff in the home. This position is located in the beautiful Santa Barbara, CA area.
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health California is a thriving treatment facility offering residential, supported living, and adult vocational day programs to adults with co-occurring diagnoses such as, intellectual disabilities and autism. Requirements
A minimum of a Master's degree in a related field
BCBA certification
2 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
Significant experience developing, writing, and implementing positive behavioral support plans, conducting FBA's and training staff.
