Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health California is a thriving treatment facility offering residential and adult vocational and day activity programs to individuals ages 18-85 with multiple diagnoses. These clients could be dealing with autistic spectrum disorder, emotional and/or behavioral differences, intellectual and developmental disabilities, dementia/cognitive disorders, and medical conditions. Devereux seeks our next Case Manager to be dynamic, professional, and organized.
Located in the beautiful Santa Barbara area Devereux Californias Case Manager will provide case management services to individuals served at Devereuxs Day Program and administrative support to the centers marketing and admissions function. In this non-traditional case management role you will have the opportunity to develop and implement Individual Rehabilitation Plans (IRP) ,maintain individuals records, and present cases in clinical meetings. You will also communicate and work closely with family, guardians, external agencies, and interdisciplinary teams in order to create well-rounded, accurate support plans for individuals. This role will also allow to gain experience in Marketing and Admissions by providing the opportunity to be an ambassador for Devereux and the first contact to families and agencies seeking Devereux services.
-EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in a related field.
-EXPERIENCE: 2 years of experience in a related field. Computer skills required.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Valid Driver's License
