Real Estate office in Lompoc is looking for a part time Office/Administrative Assistant to help the office manager, answer phones and assist with files 20-25 hours per week.

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, agents, and callers. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional and organized. Duties include answering phones, filing, processing office paperwork & data entry in our computer systems. Must project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.

You will provide administrative support to the Office Manager and Sales Associates. You must be computer literate on MS Office programs, including Outlook, Word and Excel, and able to be trained on our industry specific programs. You must be able to handle many different personalities, phones and lots of paperwork without becoming overwhelmed or confused. Professional attire, a positive attitude and some office experience required. Applicants with Real Estate office experience are encouraged to apply!
