Small counseling business office manger with minimum of one year experience in insurance billing and receptionist work. Must have strong over the phone and in person communication skills and a willingness to run personal errands. Being organized, prompt with time, and having your own transportation is required. Bilingual is welcome but not required. Must have experience with both Apple and Windows computers. Would primarily work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and occasionally Saturdays with flexible hours.
