Dispatch / Office Assistant

Labor Finders is currently seeking a dispatcher/office assistant for a reputable company located in the Solvang area. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and able to multi-task. The ideal candidate is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
Labor Finders participates in E-Verify.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensuring that deadlines are met and work is completed correctly
Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines
Respond to questions and requests for information
Ability to speak and communicate effectively in English
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Word, and Excel
Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Exceptional communication skills
Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
Answer phones and routing radio traffic
Filing, data entry and assume other receptionist duties as assigned
Pay:
$13 to $16 per hour depending on experience
