Experienced Payroll Clerk
A well-established agriculture company in Santa Maria is seeking a full-time Payroll Clerk. The ideal candidate is bilingual with the ability to communicate, read and write in English and Spanish proficiently.
Requirements
3+ years of payroll preparation, preferably in agriculture;
Experience with Famous accounting software and ADS Data Track software a plus;
Knowledge of wage withholding orders and garnishments;
Knowledge of Excel;
Ability to work independently, resolve payroll discrepancies, work under pressure with a high level of accuracy and meet deadlines;
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and analytical skills;
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Job Description
Full-time position Monday through Friday
Process and enter payroll data;
Process timesheets and review data entry to ensure timely and accurate completion;
Process piece work compensation;
Prepare management reports from payroll data;
Provide excellent customer service to employees at all levels of the organization
