Labor Finders is seeking a qualified candidate to assist in running our Santa Maria branch.
Staffing Coordinator Job Description:
⢠Assist with temporary worker recruiting/pre-screening/processing/manage temporary work force to meet clientsâ specific needs.
⢠Daily interaction with clients via phone and email correspondence.
⢠Perform clerical tasks to include, but not limited to, typing, copying, filing, faxing, preparing reports, answering phones, and inventory.
⢠Dispatch workers daily to provide best work opportunities for candidates and best skill match for clients.
⢠Follow the direction of the Branch Manager and perform additional duties as required.
Staffing Coordinator Requirements:
⢠1 year staffing/recruiting experience or 2 years office/administrative experience
⢠Business professional attitude with extraordinary customer service skills.
⢠Excellent phone and email etiquette, written/verbal interpersonal and presentation skills.
⢠Passion for interacting with people, meeting daily challenges and solving problems.
⢠High level of computer proficiency, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Data Entry.
⢠Must have valid driverâs license and submit to a background check
⢠Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required.
Compensation: $14 â 16 per hour depending on experience
