We are looking for a dependable person for a part time customer service / assistant. We need someone sharp with great communication skills. Bilingual a HUGE plus! Must have good computer skills (i.e. use a browser, use of Word /Excel). Must be familiar with social media. Must be able to think on your feet and be spontaneous. Must be solutions oriented!
Duties are general office and clerical work, customer service, applications, answering phones, marketing, etc.
Experience as a real estate transaction coordinator helpful but not necessary. Real estate license is not needed.
Pays $12/hr plus bonuses to start. Expect 12 to 16 hours a week mostly on weekends. For those who prefer to be paid a per transaction fee, we are open to discuss it but office time is required.

We are a private real estate investment firm. We are located in the Santa Maria Town Center Mall on the 2nd floor next to KT's Gymnastics and Whipper Snippers. General hours are 11am to 6pm.
