Residential On-Site Manager for Large Property
Candidate must live Onsite- Bilingual Required
Gated 70 Unit Apartment Complex
Manager's Unit is a 2 bedroom/1 bath unit with patio
1/3 Rent Discount + $14/hour
Part -Time 10-15 hours per week
Candidate should have experience with customer service and able to handle a variety of issues using a professional and calm personality in all situations. Property management experience is helpful.
Responsibilities include property inspections, working with vendors, posting notices as needed, cleaning laundry rooms, proactive coordination and communication with property management company and various duties as assigned or needed. Candidate must have the ability to use stairs, 25lb lifting ability, and capable of walking grounds of property for related work duties, picking up trash, checking on units, etc.
Candidate must have excellent organizational skills, fluent bilingual, strong work ethic with exceptional follow through on all duties, ability to communicate with residents for following rules, maintenance concerns, and dealing with emergencies when needed. Knowledge of using Outlook, Smart Phone texting, photos, Excel and use of mobile friendly Apps.
