Dr. J's Bicycle Shop in Solvang is looking for a part-time customer service ambassador to assist in our busy retail service and bike tour departments; the ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and passionate about bicycles, have great customer service skills, and be a well-organized self-starter. We need someone to help us 2-3 days per week to answer customers' questions about bikes, parts and accessories, where to ride, and how to take care of their bikes. This person will also assist in working the cash register, inputting new inventory and helping out with our bicycle rental and cycling tour department. Previous bike shop retail experience is preferred but not required. Priority consideration will be given to applicants with 1-2 years of experience. Salary based on experience.
