Fespar Enterprises, LLC. is currently looking for an IT Systems Technician
The job involves troubleshooting help desk issues remotely. Password resets, investigating and qualifying issues for users., image deployment, new account creation, with the ability to work on minor projects during help desk downtime. Also supporting several smaller offices from our Santa Maria location.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for systems and end users and resolve issues as they arise remotely, over the phone, or on-site
Document assets, configurations, processes, and other critical information and maintain records.
Configure and deploy systems, applications and services.
Perform routine maintenance on servers, workstations, and network equipment.
Assist in moves, adds, and changes with systems, accounts, users, groups, and permissions
Work with other IT staff on projects and with problem solving.
Qualifications:
3+ years of direct IT experience.
SharePoint experience is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft server systems and desktop: MS Server 2008/12/16, Win 7/10, Office 2013/16, Exchange/O365 2013/16, Active Directory and associated services.
Good understanding of network architecture and protocols. Network troubleshooting skills required.
Router/Firewall experience (SonicWall) a plus.
Experience VMWare virtualization setup & administration.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work with others, but also work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Show willingness to advance your technical knowledge and continually improve your skills.
Kaseya Automated I.T. management a plus
Able to Work FLEXIBLE HOURS (Including Weekends)
Also worth noting is the occasionally physical nature of the role as they may have to lift and carry heavy equipment.
