Job Details
We are looking for a Customer/Senior Customer Marketing Manager to join the team! You will report to the VP of Marketing - we are looking for candidates who have a proven track record and experience in building out and executing end-to-end strategies and programs across the entire customer lifecycle - including retention, advocacy, product adoption, driving upsell, improving customer experience, and overall improving and delighting customers throughout their journey.
Responsibilities:
Cross collaborate with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and other marketing team members to drive process, strategy, and execution of customer programs which may include but not limited to: driving interest and demand of any additional add-on products, be able to communicate product value of features, create and manage an advocate marketing program, design/build and own any customer satisfaction surveys in partnership with Customer Success.
Be able to take full ownership of all Customer Marketing and building out a more programmatic approach and devise strategy to support any advocacy efforts.
Create rich customer stories across all channels, formats, and other full-funnel activities including blogs, case studies, videos, references, quotes, and more!
Have full ownership in building and reporting on any performance metrics across the customer lifecycle/journey. Monitor metrics to help optimize to scale.
Strong understanding of how to scale customer marketing programs to support our rapidly growing team & other business needs across markets.
Experience:
Marketing/Customer success and customer marketing role experience
B2B/SaaS
Able to cross-collaborate amongst multiple teams: Marketing, Customer Success, and Product
CRM experience: Pardot, Salesforce, and Gainsight is a plus
Experience in executing lead generation campaigns that have contributed to pipeline growth and development
