Randstad is currently partnered with an international experience and innovation company looking to complete several exciting automotive HMI design projects. The projects involve working closely with the creative design team to identify potential future interaction models across different touchpoints in a car with the goal being to take a future vision concept and develop it closer to a production ready design. The project is underway so we're looking for a Lead Digital Product Designer to join the team as soon as possible. Awesome opportunity to exercise your design skills with an exciting organization!

job type: Permanent

salary: $130,000 - 145,000 per year

work hours: 8am to 4pm

education: Bachelors



responsibilities:


  • Partner with multi-disciplinary teams in developing product success factors, specifications and strategies.
  • As a creative thought-leader, evangelize design endeavors and methodologies.
  • Ideate and execute multiple UX/UI concepts.
  • Create methods and strategies for framing and solving full-scope design challenges.
  • Oversee design development deliverables, including research insights, flows, wireframes, design specifications, prototypes, and content decks.
  • Provide mentorship and appropriate guidance in supporting fellow colleagues.
  • Acting as a senior business partner, lead teams in collaborative product development to empower smooth and productive execution with product development peers and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze details and produce key deliverables, resulting in engaging and innovative user experiences
  • Prototype and test ideas through observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, and other forms of discovery.
