We are looking for a talented technical recruiter who will be responsible for running recruiting and be the face of the company!
Responsibilities Create thorough and well-structured job descriptions for various roles across engineering and product Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility Conducting confidential interviews, checking references Conduct research & create candidate profile reports to present to the CEO & Departments Heads Conduct research and have a strong understanding of competitors
Qualifications Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills Proven successful experience in recruiting Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases - Lever Experience is a huge plus Deep understanding of recruitment processes and ability to create and help fine tune new and current procedures Startup experience is a must!
