We are currently seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team. The Accounting Manager will have a broad range of responsibilities involving many aspects of the monthly close and the development of process efficiencies. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have a high desire for excellence. This newly created position reports directly to the Controller and is a perfect opportunity to develop and grow professionally.

Job Description
This position will own all Financial Operations activities, report to the VP, Finance & Controller and will also have exposure and interaction in working with the CFO and other executive management team members.
As with any growing company, the nature of job requirements and tasks will evolve. As a member of our team, we expect you to have the flexibility to assist in any area important to the development of the company.
Examples of activities include, but are not limited to:
⢠Own all aspects of the daily activities of the Finance team as a player/coach making impactful individual contributions while managing the Finance team and other internal and external business partners.
⢠Own the month end close process and reporting worldwide.
⢠Maintain and be able to readily provide a detailed understanding of account balances and activities within the accounts.
⢠Ensuring our internal business partners have the financial information needed to make decisions at the pace required of our business
⢠Enforce existing policies and identify areas needing structure and process while educating the company on the need for both.
⢠Manage and complete multiple projects, while working in a dynamic, rapid growth environment.
⢠Serve as the Primary contact and driver for various audits and taxes.
Job Requirements
⢠Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA preferred.
⢠Minimum 3-7 years experience, including work in both public and corporate accounting.
