We are currently seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team. The Accounting Manager will have a broad range of responsibilities involving many aspects of the monthly close and the development of process efficiencies. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have a high desire for excellence. This newly created position reports directly to the Controller and is a perfect opportunity to develop and grow professionally.

This position will own all Financial Operations activities, report to the VP, Finance & Controller and will also have exposure and interaction in working with the CFO and other executive management team members.

Examples of activities include, but are not limited to:
â¢ Own all aspects of the daily activities of the Finance team as a player/coach making impactful individual contributions while managing the Finance team and other internal and external business partners.
â¢ Own the month end close process and reporting worldwide.
â¢ Maintain and be able to readily provide a detailed understanding of account balances and activities within the accounts.
â¢ Ensuring our internal business partners have the financial information needed to make decisions at the pace required of our business
â¢ Enforce existing policies and identify areas needing structure and process while educating the company on the need for both.
â¢ Manage and complete multiple projects, while working in a dynamic, rapid growth environment.
â¢ Serve as the Primary contact and driver for various audits and taxes.
â¢ Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA preferred.
â¢ Minimum 3-7 years experience, including work in both public and corporate accounting.
