About Lime
Lime is a smart-mobility provider that offers cities an array of mobility products including Lime-E e-assist bicycles and Lime-S electric scooters. Lime aims to revolutionize mobility in cities and campuses by empowering residents with cleaner, more efficient, and affordable transportation options that improve urban sustainability.
Role Responsibilities
Process invoices into Accounting software, assist in monthly reports and spreadsheets. Coordinate credits, refund and claims as needed.
Process updates to supply chain related fields in all systems. Ensure item records are set up correctly & accurately.
Coordinate with logistics to arrange payment and assist with reconciling invoices & verifying receipts.
Completing expense reports for the internal team.
Requirements
Proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, charts, tables)
Excellent written skills is a plus
Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
Detail-oriented, organized and accurate
1+ years of experience in Accounting field
Bachelorâs degree preferred
Ability to learn accounting software/platform
Mandarin preferred
