Beauty Supply is looking for hard working individuals who would like to join our team. We need people for afternoon/ evening shifts. $16.00 - $18.00 Hr. Part time available. If you are professional and hard working, reply to this ad today.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide professionalism and greet each and every customer ensuring a
pleasurable, paramount beauty experience.
Drive sales by being knowledgeable, customer focused, active listening, and
relationship building.
Assist customers with product selection and provide product knowledge based off
needs and future desires for their personal hair care goals.
Ensure the store is kept clean and in order by doing the following on a daily basis:
front facing product items, wiping down windows, sweeping the floor, and taking out
the trash at the end of the day.
Stay abreast on current and new trends within the beauty
industry.
Educate oneself on new products in the store, and product
usage.
Assist with opening store duties and closing store duties such as but not limited to:
turning on lights in the morning, and making sure products are faced in the morning and
evening, ensuring accurate count of inventory in absence of store manager, taking trash
out, wipe down windows, sweep & mop floors.
Assist with inventory tasks such as, but not limited to: putting out new inventory on
shipment days, performing correction counts, marking items for clearance as needed
and with the direction of the Store Manager.
Assist with updating the store by refacing the store as
needed.
Perform other duties as
assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
equivalent.
Must have excellent customer service skills and be customer
focused.
Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work workdays, and weekends;
schedules are subject to change.
Must be reliable, punctual, and have reliable
transportation.
Ability to read, write, and basic mathematics
skills.
Basic computer
skills.
Ability to lift at least 30lbs as needed with the help of other associates during shipment
days if needed.
Basic beauty industry knowledge or the willingness to learn about products and hair
care.
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a “Can Do”
attitude.
Must be a self-starter and work individually and collaborate as a
team.
Prior retail experience preferred, but not
required.
