POSITION OVERVIEW
Job Type: Part-time/Relief
Childcare Teachers provides primary care for infants and toddlers at the Parent-Child Center.
QUALIFICATIONS
Child Development Permit (Associate Permit or higher)
Has taken or currently enrolled in 12 units of Early Childhood Education
At least 6 months of experience working with infants and/or toddlers at a licensed care
Must have or be able to obtain CPR & First-Aid certification before hire date
RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervise and provide quality care to infants and toddlers
Implement a comprehensive and developmentally appropriate education for the children
Assist in developing and Individual Treatment Plan for each child
Maintain cleanliness and safety of all classrooms
Complete records and reports as assigned
Effectively communicate with coworkers, clients, and personnel associated with outside agencies
Participate in program meetings, training workshops, and/or conferences
Comply with Community Care Licensing policies and program procedures, performance standards, and policies
Maintain client confidentiality in all circumstances as required by the law and professional ethics
