Broadway Children's School of Oakland is seeking two experienced Early Childhood Educators to teach in part-time, play-based programs for 2- and 3-year-olds.
We are hiring for the 2021-2022 school year beginning in August, for two different programs that each meet Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Standard hours for teachers in the 3-year-old program are 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, for a total of 10 hours per week. Program hours vary slightly for the 2-year-old program, with teachers working from 9 AM to noon for a total of 6 hours per week. Additional sub hours may be available.

Qualified candidates need a minimum of 12 ECE/CD units, to include the 3 core courses; prior experience with children ages 2-5 years old; and the ability to incorporate developmentally appropriate practice into their teaching methods.
