The UCSF Airway Clinical Research Center is seeking adults to participate in an asthma research study. Researchers will study airway inflammation and airway changes that occur after exposure to allergen in people with asthma and people without asthma.
Participants must be 18-50 years of age and have both asthma and allergies to cat or dust, or do not have asthma and will have their allergies tested.
You will come to 3 study visits over approximately 3 weeks. You will have a medical procedure called a bronchoscopy at two different visits. All study visits will take place at the UCSF Parnassus Campus.
You will receive up to $1085.00 compensation upon completion of the study. You will also receive parking validation.
