Hi! I need a personal assistant to help me manage my household and busy life.
I am looking for a responsible, trustworthy, self-starter to help a busy wife, mom, professional, and volunteer stay organized at home starting ASAP. I am looking for someone to work ideally 5-20 hours a week, and I am flexible regarding time of day (no evenings and rarely a weekend request if ever). Ideal candidate would be able to work on Monday and Fridays, but not a requirement. This is a perfect job for a college student, a mom or anyone who wants part time work with flexibility! I am ideally looking for someone who lives close by (within the Lamorinda area) as some days may only require a couple hours of work.
I really need someone with computer skills, organizational skills, and creativity! This job is to basically help me manage and organize my house, my work and volunteer activities! The job may include the following activities:
Grocery shopping
Running Errands
General organization around the house (closets, drawers, etc.)
Correspondence (phone & e-mailing)
Packaging and shipping returns
Shopping - Ordering items online
Shopping and Returns - Walnut Creek, Lafayette
List management
Filing papers
Organizing photos (filing, scanning, sorting)
Make phone calls/phone orders (clothes, gifts, info)
Easy meal prep if interested occasionally, but not required
Making flyers, gift certificates etc.
Address list database updates and renter schedule created and updated in excel
Making digital sign up sheets for various events I organize
Wrapping gifts
Making plane, car, hotel, activities and restaurant reservations
Party preparation if interested
Maybe some random party serving if interested (up to you)
Plus other miscellaneous tasks
Qualifications:
- Must own reliable car
- Must be self-starter, trustworthy, organized and on task
- Must have computer/office skills
- Must have a positive attitude, and ideally be organized, flexible and a quick learner
