Dry Creek Grill is a busy 230 seat restaurant, open nightly - serving steaks, seafood, house smoked BBQ, custom grind burgers. We have a craft cocktails, local craft beers and California wines. We're seeking to complete our Management Team with a full-time Assistant GM. Ideal candidates for this position have a flair for hospitality and a passion for people, food, beer and wine. Applicants should have multiple levels of experience in the restaurant business including fine dining, front of house, catering/ special events coordination. The Assistant GM is responsible for executing the vision and mission of the company. The ideal candidate will maintain and enhance a fun, engaging and successful culture. Primary duties will include but not be limited to: Daily support of 15-20 FOH member team + support Chef @ BOH Team member hiring, on boarding Team member training Team member scheduling, payroll Food safety handlers certificate (management level) Marketing, Guest Service Vendor interaction R+M follow upÂCandidate must be available nights + weekends.
