Bayside Marin, located in San Rafael, is the Bay Area's premiere addiction treatment facility. We are currently hiring a Chef and a Kitchen Assistant/Dishwasher.
The chef will:
Prepare/present breakfast (to order for clients), lunch and dinner daily for clients and staff.
Work within the menu created by the Executive Chef and with food products provided.
Track inventory and place orders as needed.
Provide shopping list to Executive Chef for weekly store run.
Assist staff with kitchen clean-up after preparing meals.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations and/or Executive Chef.
The kitchen assistant is responsible for aiding the chef in keeping the kitchen running smoothly. Duties include, but are not limited to, keeping the kitchen clean, washing dishes, restocking supplies, assisting with food preparation as needed, and closing the kitchen.
Basic English skills to communicate with staff and clients & positive attitude please!
