We are a local, independently owned coffee company based in the mission district of San Francisco.
Our goal is to source, roast and serve the tastiest and most beautiful coffees on earth, while bringing positivity, compassion and connection to our workplace and communities.
Our success is dependent on building a strong team and we are searching for someone to join our tight knit roastery / wholesale staff.
You must be organized, have a keen eye for detail and a sense of efficiency. You must work well in a team setting, but also excel in an independent environment.
Some things you may be required to do on a daily basis:
- Processing orders
- Preparing bags; stickering, dating and counting bags required for each production shift.
- Labeling
- Scooping, sealing, folding and sorting coffee bags for each delivery
- Boxing, crating + lifting orders of up to 75+ lbs
- Unloading green coffee orders of up to 75 + lbs
- Stepping in where needed (ex. cold coffee production, cafe coverage, etc.)
- Delivery route driving
- Maintaining an organized, safe, and clean work environment
- Assisting with cold coffee production
- working with others and communicating with kindness
- acting as an ambassador and exemplary member of the cafe neighborhood

qualifications
you must possess:
- excellent communication skills
- the ability to work well in a team setting, as well as work well independently
- the willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- the ability to think on your feet
- the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- professionalism and poise at all times
- a valid CA license and clean driving record
- consistent punctuality
- a minimum of two professional references
- a minimum of 1 year relevant experience
- the ability to work full time, the majority of which are on your feet
- the ability to to lift up to 75 lbs
