Newly opened KAIYO Restaurant and Bar on busy Union Street is seeking to add some dynamic BOH team members.
We are seeking strong, experienced and creative line cooks.
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in upscale / high volume restaurants.
Must have the ability to work under pressure while maintaining and creating a consistent product.
Cleanliness and organization are a top priority.
Must have a current and valid Serv Safe certificate.
Must be able to lift 25 to 50 lbs.
Must be able to stand for 8 plus hours.
The concept of the restaurant is centered in the roots of Japanese Cuisine while blending influences based in Peruvian culture.
We have recently been featured in 7x7, Eater SF, KQED TableTalk, and S.F. Chronicle.
