Bodega Market Deli is hiring a cook who can help begin a grab and go dinner service. We are looking for cook who is ambitious, interested in helping to create a dinner menu, enhance recipes, and prepare grab and go banquet style foods and along with a salsa bar. Looking for someone who is looking to grow with a small business.
In our kitchen we have a flat top, two burners, fryers, and a customer facing 48inch hoot food table for self serve. Also adding a salsa bar to be stocked as well. Limited made to order menu, mainly grab and go. Must have some weekday night availability and weekend availability.
At the deli we use organic ingredients, important sourcing, and simple recipes.
Tell us about your experience with any of the following in prep, prepared food packaging, experience grilling, barbecuing, packaging sandwiches and wraps, working with a fryer, deli experience. Looking for someone passionate in culinary career with lots of room for creativity and growth.
