Our Company is led by Chef/Owner Kyle Itani who has been a force in the Oakland dining scene for the past 7 years. Itani Ramen has been open for 3 years and we have a GM and a Head Chef who excel in their roles. We are hiring to bring on a sous chef or kitchen lead who will be able to support them both.
We will set you up to be successful. We believe in identifying each of our strengths and weaknesses and working within our team to balance those attributes.
This is a full-time position.
Candidates must have prior managerial/supervisory experience. Good communication and the ability to hold other people responsible for their assignments are the two main pillars of this position. Basic Spanish language skills are necessary.
