Wanted, a Junior Manager to grow and lead in a small boutique wine bar and wine retail operation in Redwood City. Candidates would be outwardly focused on building revenue through exterior and internal sources using online tools and marketing techniques.
The ideal candidate will have experience with the following systems:
Square Space
Online Markets
Wine Events
Tok/Grub Hub
Square POS
Daily routines of restaurant/wine bar operations, opening and closing procedures, financials and staff training.
inventory management
wine buying/selling/pricing/stocking
wine club management
wine events/promotions both in house and online
3-5 years of experience in a like field preferred
