We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team of successful Bay Area restaurants, specifically our Valencia location in San Francisco. Our ideal candidates have a passion, commitment, and expertise in operating restaurants. It is important that candidates understand the quickly shifting nature of restaurant operations during the Covid-19 crisis, and be prepared to work with changing regulations and expectations as the situation unfolds.

Our managers are responsible for all aspects of the restaurant: cost management, employee relations, staffing/training, customer satisfaction, compliance, and so forth.

Qualifications:

- 2+ of Leadership and/or Management Experience

- Approachable, friendly, and ability to positively direct employees.

- Knowledge of POS, Chrome, & Windows office

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Weekend and night availability

- Aptitude for organization and administrative tasks

- Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally and work standing for 8+ hours

- Ability to work 50-60 hour per week when needed

Compensation:

- This is an hourly, non-exempt position with a standard expectation of 40 hour worked per week. Depending on restaurant needs this may fluctuate, but will always exceed 30 hours/wk unless otherwise discussed.

- This is a salaried, non-exempt position, which means it is entitled to overtime pay for hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week.
