GigaBites catering is looking for an on-site chef to captain a new 100 person office we will begin servicing 5 days a week starting in March.
A typical day will look like this:
10:00am: Arrive at office, minutes from Powell Street bart station
10:30am: Set up appropriate warming equipment, bowls, utensils etc. Meet delivery driver downstairs for hot food, salad bar, and sandwich station.
11:00am: Lunch starts, maintain buffet, refresh salads, answer questions
12:30pm: Delivery driver will return to help clean up and load out
1:00pm: Lunch ends, leave with driver back to GigaBites kitchen (about 10 minutes away)
1:30-6:30pm: will help with prep and packing up of the next days orders.
