Bix, an established sophisticated supper club located on the edge of San Francisco’s financial district, currently seeking a talented line cook with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a high energy fast paced kitchen.
Line cooks are responsible for preparing high quality food in a timely, efficient, safe and sanitary manner.
Responsibilities include:
-Operate the pantry/oyster station
-Following established recipes, procedures, and presentation
·Ensure that dishes are timed correctly for parties of restaurant patrons
·Meeting food and safety standards.
·Maintain stations in a clean, sanitary and orderly manner
·Partner with Chefs, Prep Cooks, Dishwashers, Runners, Managers, and other team members to ensure that each and every guest receives exceptional food and hospitality.
We are a fast paced, fine dining kitchen and require everyone have a team spirit and a professional attitude.
