Must be a strong team player with a desire to excel, and has positive energy and attitude. Strong work ethic and passion for cooking a must. Previous experience preferred. Minimum 2 to 3 years moderate fine dining cooking experience required. Equivalent training via an accredited culinary institute will also suffice.
